By Sigi Siegert and Claudia Wild
The exhibition Szenario Feder-Farben shows very different perspectives on life and the world of theater. Fantasy figures, encounters and landscapes, dramas, tragedies and comedies as well as stage artists: Loud, colorful and garish - but also quiet, delicate, black and white.
The exhibition includes large collage formats with colored heads, figures and impressions as well as a varying brushstroke style, which is shown with black ink in wafer-thin brushstrokes but also in wild and untamed pen strokes.
Even as a young woman,Sigi Siegert was fascinated by the arts, by theater and painting. After drama school, she worked as a freelance actress alongside her "bread and butter" job. She eventually founded and ran an independent theater in Munich for 25 years. She was on stage for almost every production. She also always turned to painting, designing posters and stage sets.
Claudia Wild was fascinated by nature from childhood and then tried to approach it by observing and painting. After completing her studies, this led her to the wild Maremma, where she worked on a biodynamic farm, giving courses in horticulture and herbalism and devoting herself primarily to landscape painting. Later, ink drawing and theater became a central theme.
