TROTZSTADT brings together four feminist voices: Lilli Mlynarczyk (DE), Sarah Schümperli (LUX), Claire Krack (LUX), and Julie Felten (LUX). Through language, abstraction, and imagination, their works trace how bodies, memories, and desires move through urban space - refusing to conform and insisting on presence.

The exhibition embraces the city as a living space of resistance, memory, and transformation. Typed fragments of language meet abstract forms and dreamlike imagery - revealing how emotions, bodies, and stories flow through urban structures. Symbols emerge, dissolve, and reappear; textures speak where words fail. Together, the works imagine a city not as it is, but as it is felt, resisted, and reimagined.
