Various types of exaggeration await you in this exhibition: Literally understood, it is a drawing that exaggerates something (e.g. an existing image or a somehow structured surface). Formally understood, it is the exaggeration of individual formal characteristics already inherent in the object (e.g. enlarged manga children's eyes). Mostly, however, it is understood as a semantic exaggeration, in the sense of a strongly exaggerated statement.
The exhibition "overdrawn" allows these different points of reference to the theme to enter into a dialog with each other. In contrast to everyday life, in which false or distorted statements normally serve to disguise facts, the objects addressed here are intended to become particularly visible precisely through exaggeration and alienation.
Opening hours: 15.03 and 16.3.2025 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. each day
