Ausstellung: „Wolle, Waid & Wissen – Ein Haus im Wandel der Zeit“

Discover the eventful history of the oldest residential building on Erfurt's Anger in the specially designed and entertaining exhibition "Waid, Wissen und Wolle - Ein Haus im Wandel der Zeit".

The exhibition focuses on the history of the house's construction and use, the von Dacheröden family and the Lucius family. Did you know that the house at Anger 37/38 is not only the oldest known building on Erfurt's Anger, but also one of the oldest buildings in the entire city? Who was Caroline von Dacheröden, the dazzling wife of Wilhelm von Humboldt, who was not only a popular and educated woman, but was also far ahead of her time?

The exhibition can be seen in the foyer of the house from Tuesday to Thursday from 12 noon to 5 pm. The exhibition is barrier-free, information can be found here.
