In the organizer's words:

Voting, demonstrating, getting involved in politics ... these are all essential components of our democracy. But where do we experience democracy in everyday life? And how can we actively shape it? Visitors are invited to be inspired by examples of Cologne groups in the exhibition's themed rooms - in a very concrete and local way. Be it for living, working, celebrating, remembering or creating shared spaces. What ideas and opportunities are there? And where are the challenges and tensions in joint democratic action? The exhibition also offers the opportunity to share your own perspectives, ideas, wishes and demands, to discuss them together and to make them part of the exhibition.
