Austrofred is a man for whom the superlatives are all over the place. He is regarded as one of the best Freddie Mercury impersonators in Europe, as the revivalist of Austropop and generally as the "best Austrian of all time" (quote from a concertgoer). But not only his Queen interpretations, his literary work is also of fundamental greatness and is considered a must-read for every intellectual, because here is someone writing who has seen something of the world and who can justifiably claim that he understands a few things a little better than other people.
Now we know the champion from his perfect shows, which he creates with a staff of choreographers and producers in his competence center in Vienna. But perfection is not only overrated, it is also extremely difficult to achieve. That's why the resourceful Austropop chameleon has now created this evening - or rather NOT created it - where he reads from his stool across the vegetable garden of his seven books to date, as well as from his MUH columns and other used texts, as well as the latest that is rolling around on his desk. This gives the audience a unique opportunity to watch a brilliant artist as he creates. Mr. Austrofred, how do you do it?
And, of course, there will be one or two songs - deepest Queen nuggets, huge hits and possible world premieres included!
