Authentische Bewegung und Stimme

The ritual of Authentic Movement and Voice offers you a powerful intuitive space in which you can come into deep contact with your creative resources, with your personal and collective unconscious and with silence. The movements and sounds that unfold from the silence can be surprising and unusual as well as simple and effortless. Experiences can be made here that reach from the personal into the transpersonal space, connecting us with our original being and our knowledge of healing.

The clear structure of the Authentic Ritual, the time agreement, the power of the energy circle, the witnesses who accompany the process attentively and compassionately and the subsequent feedback round create a safe space of trust within which whatever wants to happen in the moment can take place. In the feedback round, what we have experienced and what has risen from the unconscious is brought into consciousness and thus integrated even more deeply into our being.

We usually move with our eyes closed and without music. It is easier to immerse yourself in the inner world and free yourself from judgment when the reference to the outside world through sight is removed. And it is easier to listen to your own impulses without the influence of music, which tends to set the mood and rhythm. Being able to experience and witness yourself and others in authentic expression is usually a touching and inspiring experience.

The Authentic Ritual is introduced with a warm-up that accompanies us into the body, into the voice, into the awareness of the now.

The workshop is both an introduction to the practice of authentic movement as well as a deepening, and is therefore suitable for people who want to get to know AM as well as for those who already have experience with it. What is needed is a joy of movement expression and curiosity to engage with the unknown space.
