Well, bravo! Is someone trying to tell us about the theater?
Axel Milberg takes us through a very personal selection of stories that have both happened to him and inspired him in the course of his successful career as a stage and film actor. We hear "The Beast", a short story by Bertolt Brecht about dark events during the shooting of a Russian film. We continue with the actor Alexander Granach, whose passion for acting carried him through his whole life, from a village in Eastern Ukraine to Max Reinhardt, the director of his time, and finally on to Hollywood. All this, vividly recalled, read and presented by Axel Milberg.
