As part of the BlütenLust cultural weekend, Claudia Schleich tells a story from the life of a jungle snake for children and adults.

Babette is a jungle snake with a few handicaps. Above all, she is very forgetful, and to remind her of something important, she has tied a knot in her tail. Unfortunately, she can't remember that either. The knot makes her life extremely difficult. The charming butterfly Laurenzo with an Italian accent helps Babette to free herself from this predicament and makes a wonderful discovery in the process. And then there's this little mouse ...

The puppet theater "Schleichwege" is a mobile stage with special details and is created in a few simple steps in the Palm House (Hall B) with a jungle ambience.

The BlütenLust cultural weekend

On 17 and 18 May, the Munich-Nymphenburg Botanical Garden offers a special cultural weekend with a colorful program for young and old: lots of music and extra guided tours in the open air and in the greenhouses, craft workshops, Punch and Judy shows and reading sessions for children and much more. Each event is related to the world of plants and takes place at a special location in the Botanic Garden.
