Whether you are a beginner or experienced - we look forward to working with you to find strength, balance and calm.

Balance & Brunch takes place on all 4 Sundays in Advent in the heart of Stuttgart at OSCHO from 9am - 12pm. Together we flow and enjoy and start with a yoga flow and alternate weekly with Pilates (yoga & Pilates suitable for all levels) to awaken, strengthen and invigorate your body and mind.


Take this lightness with you into your Advent Sundays, relax and enjoy a delicious vegan brunch buffet with overnight oats, porridge, celery juice, detox tea, filter coffee and water, lovingly prepared by OSCHO chef Naouel. All other hot drinks or juices can be purchased for an additional charge.
