BALLET FOR LIFE by Iana Salenko - An extraordinary evening of art and hope

On May 4, 2025, the stage of the Admiralspalast Berlin will once again become a stage of elegance, passion and solidarity. "BALLET FOR LIFE by Iana Salenko" combines world-class ballet with a deeply humanitarian mission.

This unique event is taking place for the third time: in 2022, this gala was launched as a sign of solidarity just two months after the start of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, and in 2023 it celebrated an overwhelming success. Now it is returning - bigger, more impressive and with even more artistic radiance.

Dancers from renowned companies, including the English National Ballet, the Royal Swedish Ballet, Ballet de l'Opéra de Paris and Het Nationale Ballet, Amsterdam, will present a top-class program of classical and contemporary masterpieces. Choreographies by Akram Khan, Alexander Ekman, Johan Inger, Anne Jung and Hans van Manen, among others, will be on show. Iana Salenko, who was awarded the honorary title of "Berlin Chamber Dancer" last year, will exclusively present new creations by Arshak Ghalumyan and Garrett Smith.

However, we have deliberately kept the ticket prices for this all-star event so low so that even more people have the opportunity to actively support the most important cause and message of BALLET FOR LIFE: our aid campaign for the UNBROKEN KIDS in Ukraine. Every donation on betterplace.org goes directly to the UNBROKEN KIDS Rehabilitation Center in Lviv, Ukraine, which provides medical and psychological help to war-wounded children. 💙 Every support helps - thank you from the bottom of our hearts ! 🙏
