At this charity event for the benefit of the Pelmke, Theater Hagen and the Pelmke Cultural Centre have joined forces to create a multi-faceted crossover program in which punk meets classical music, pop meets ballet.

The Colombian band Doctor Krápula has been delighting fans all over the world for many years. With their sound, which blends elements of ska, reggea and punk, they will also make Theater Hagen shake. The young Hagen singer-songwriter Benjamin Braatz, who recently made it to the final of the ESC preliminary round, will also be performing. The Theater Hagen will also be presenting its full range on this evening: the Hagen Ballet, the Hagen Theatre Choir and the Hagen Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing their own pieces from their repertoire as well as crossovers with punk and pop - a unique listening and viewing experience.

For many years, the Kulturzentrum Pelmke has been appealing to the most diverse population groups in Hagen with its wide-ranging program, creating space for encounters and dialogue and offering a stage for international and regional artists. The proceeds from this event go to the Pelmke to maintain and support its valuable work.
