Bardomaniacs

In the organizer's words:

When the BARDOMANIACS play, there's something going on: jazz and pop, tango and Balkan beat, polka and reggae - nonchalantly mixed and unamplified acoustic!

The wonderful trio have swept audiences from Sweden to Switzerland out of their seats by the dozen, and have opened the hearts of many between Schwedt and Schwetzingen. They are ... simply magnificent.

Folklore and classical music, jazz and pop, punk and funk resonate with, over and above all with each other in the Bardomaniacs!

With accordion, baritone sax and quirky percussion, the musical arc spans from polka to musette waltzes, from rondo to tango, from Giuseppe Verdi to Miles Davis, from crooked Balkan beats to fat hip-hop grooves. And the three of them even sing!

When the whole thing is presented with a lot of fun and a sense of nonsense, the audience is only too happy to follow the musicians on a fantastic, exciting and varied journey.
