Our sound world encompasses the diverse sub-genres of Afro-electronic music, including Gqom, Batida, Kuduro, Amapiano, Afrohouse and Afrotech. Each genre carries its own story and energy - together they form the unmistakable sound of
Barulho World.

Founded by PICCELL and brought to life by a creative collective of DJs and producers, Barulho World stands for a musical vision: the fusion of deeply rooted African rhythms with modern electronic sounds. Our sound transcends borders, combines tradition with innovation and creates a global musical journey that celebrates cultural heritage as well as the future of Afro-electronic music.

From the soulful, driving beats of Afrohouse to the hypnotic soundscapes of Afrotech and the pulsating rhythms of Amapiano, Barulho World brings people together. But we are more than just music: we are a movement. An inclusive space where self-development, community and respect take center stage.
