„Bases“ by Willy Haroun

"BASES" is the new project by Spanish pianist Willy Haroun, which will be premiered on August 30, 2024 at the opening concert of the new 2024/2025 season in the Mozart Hall of the Liederhalle Cultural and Congress Center in Stuttgart. Following his classical and jazz training at some of Switzerland's most prestigious universities, Willy Haroun is launching a solo project in which he combines classical music with jazz and improvisation through personal arrangements and compositions inspired by the great masters. His sound, his emotions, his virtuosity, his creativity and his eclecticism are his personal trademark.

Willy Haroun seeks interaction with the music he performs and with the musicians and composers who inspire him, through a very personal interpretation based on a scrupulous study of the original texts and their language. His repertoire is characterized by its eclecticism. It includes classical music, jazz with Latin American influences, contemporary music and popular music as well as his own compositions and improvisations.

He is currently on tour with his new project "BASES" and regularly gives concerts in Europe.
