In November, the Schaufenster Fischereihafen will host the last farmers' market of 2025 before it goes into its winter break. The sixth market of the current season also marks the start of the kale season. The national dish of northern Germany is very popular with locals and visitors from abroad - a trend that is also reflected in the market.

From 11:00 a.m., visitors will find various vendors of the "green gold" on the market square. Whether classic kale with Pinkel, boiled sausage and Kasseler, "wild cabbage" with side dishes of local game or a vegetarian variation - there is something for everyone here.
