In the organizer's words:
With Allbarone, Baxter Dury releases his most direct and futuristic album to date - created in intensive collaboration with renowned producer Paul Epworth.
The creative spark was ignited after Baxter's celebrated performance at the Glastonbury Festival and led to a radical musical reorientation.
In just a few weeks, a work full of sharp-edged sounds and biting lyrics was created - a self-deprecating, highly melodic portrait of modern excesses.
In the fall, Dury will perform "Allbarone" live on stage - exclusively in Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin and Heidelberg.
