Beatz im Block celebrates its 10th birthday!

Grünau will be boiling and we are hyped for the tenth anniversary of Beatz im Block - the fattest hip hop festival in the city!

ALYZAH
Whether she celebrates natural femininity, teases with sexual preferences or gives her multicultural background a stage: With self-confidence and lyrical sophistication, ALYZAH brings fans to her very own frequency, allowing her stories to become those of her listeners*. The versatility of her lyrics is also reflected in the sound of her tracks. Genre boundaries are torn down, musical experiments are implemented with virtuosity. ALYZAH's penchant for 90s and 2000s hip-hop, R&B and house music comes to the fore again and again in nuanced references. The result: a unique sound that organically fuses the past with innovative ideas and clearly points to the future. The perfect symbiosis of old and new school, futuristically refined. Simply ALYZAH.

DEA BBZ
New to the game but with a self-confidence of the greatest, Dea Bbz appeared on the scene last year. She delivers on-the-face rap from Berlin with a pinch of English spice. Influenced by her youth in Manchester, where she experienced street life at first hand, she feels particularly at home in the UK drill sound. In her tracks, she leaves no doubt that she has seen and lived through the social abysses with her own eyes. At the same time, she developed her feminist attitude and her raw nature, which helped her to fight her way through and, above all, out of it.

JENNY SHARP is constantly tearing it up: whether on tour with the Antilopen Gang or in the club. From her own show "Sharp Radio", she has played her way onto renowned stages at the Fusion, splash! and Kosmonaut festivals with plenty of skills, style and sharpness.

BANGERFABRIQUE is a collective from Hamburg, made up of the long and close friendship of Emmamaelo, Nebou, Melle, Celia, Schwesta Sehra and Roof. With the unique combination of Dj'ing, Mc'ing and Rap, bangerfabrique wants to create an experience full of fun and joy - so get loose and shake your ass!

PÖBEL MC has become one of the most respected rappers in the German-speaking world, not least due to his undeniable live presence. With a unique combination of boundless power, profound content and empowerment, he plays his way from the dank cellar walls of autonomous youth centers to sold-out concert halls of impressive size. Now, after a short break in which he completed altitude training in hostile rocky landscapes to further enhance his unique live performance and took part in a jungle expedition to save endangered animal species, the forefather of rhetorical athletics is back to make venues shake. This means rabble sports par excellence in the excessive, solidly dynamic vibe of a damn good punk concert with attitude-boosting rabble rap on juicy, modern beats. On top of that, PMC serves up a hard bass techno armageddon of cosmic proportions with Alterego Multilingual Mike at the end of each show, so that even the most reserved attendees will sweat every last bead out of their pores! The concert-turned-hybrid of punchline thunderstorm, socio-critical lesson and beer shower is a place to be.
