It is with great anticipation that we would like to announce the "Bells Echo iiiinteriiiim".

For the concert on 26.04.2025 in the traditional St. Thomas Church, Kali Malone is adapting

her critically acclaimed albums "All Life Long" and "The Sacrifical Code" for the sour organ.

Kali Malone composes and performs with a clear vision. Her music is patient and focused, built on a foundation of evolving harmonic cycles that elicit hidden emotional resonances; letting go of expectations of duration and range of sound provides a space for reflection and contemplation. In her hands, experimental reinterpretations of centuries-old polyphonic compositional methods and historical tuning systems become portals for new ways of perceiving harmony, structure and introspection.

Malone's music for pipe organ, choir, chamber ensembles and electro-acoustic formats has quickly gained international critical acclaim. Performances have followed at the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie, the Philharmonie de Paris, Radio France, the Rockefeller Chapel, Grace Cathedral, the Southbank Center, the Bozar, the Schauspielhaus, the Berghain, the Unsound Festival, the Berlin Atonal and the Kanal Pompidou, as well as in many other museums,
contemporary art spaces, concert halls, churches and festivals in Europe, North America, Japan and Australia.

Now based in Stockholm and Paris, her commissions and residencies include the Ina GRM, the Venice Biennale, the Art Gallery of New South Wales, the Organ Park in Amsterdam and Lafayette Anticipations. She has collaborated and performed with various artists including Stephen O'Malley, Lucy Railton, Caterina Barbieri, Macadam Ensemble, Leila Bordreuil and Drew McDowall.

The former will also accompany her during the concert in Leipzig for several four-hand organ compositions. As a founding member of the groups SUNN O))), Khanate and KTL - to name just a few examples - Stephen O'Malley is regarded as one of the most important representatives of drone music. For more than two decades, he has not only been active as a guitarist, but also as a producer, composer and visual artist.
