Step into a world of rewired myths, fairytales, and legends at The Berlin Diaries: 1-Act Play Festival. Featuring 11 bold new plays written by local artists, this year's festival centers on the theme "Ghost in the Machine: Myths, Fairytales, and Legends Rewired for the Modern Age."

What to Expect
The festival unfolds in two volumes-eachwith a unique lineup of plays-performed on both Saturday and Sunday. Come for one volume or stay all day to experience them all!

This is more than just a performance-it's a celebration of Berlin's creative community. Writers, directors, actors, and designers collaborate to bring fresh stories to life, and you get to vote for your favorite writers, directors, and performers throughout the weekend.

• Each showtime features a single volume with a short interval halfway through
• Between performances: Grab a drink from the theater bar or enjoy food in the courtyard (sold separately)
• Saturday evening: Stick around for our Writers' Panel Discussion
• Sunday evening: Join us for the Festival Awards Ceremony where we present the audience choice awards as well as the jury awards from our panel of local artists
