If people like Bernhard Moser didn't already exist in Berlin's gastronomy industry, they would have to be invented. He shaped the industry in this city like no other. More than 20 years ago, when there were still two cooking shows on German television and Berlin was still playing in the minor culinary league, he founded a wine school in Berlin-Mitte - and, as expected, was initially unsuccessful. The chef and sommelier began writing restaurant reviews for a website until the gastronomy editor of the city magazine Zitty discovered him as an author. There he was soon regarded as a competent critic, especially for top gastronomy.

This was followed by the renowned Tagesspiegel and his first book "Reine Geschmackssachen - weil Genuss auch Kenntnis braucht". For three years, he delighted radioeins listeners with his column "Mosers Geschmackssachen", in which he reported weekly on luxury foods and kitchen utensils. He also spent seven years writing restaurant reviews for one of the world's most important restaurant guides, visiting the best and most exciting restaurants - anonymously, under a false name and with fake email addresses.

In 2011, he also founded eat! berlin, which was voted one of the ten best food festivals in the world in 2016*. Now it's time to bring the best, most absurd and funniest memories from this time to the stage. Moser also provides an entertaining insight into the remarkable culinary and gastronomic trends of the present day.
