Detective Inspector Sörensen, plagued by his anxiety disorder, finally wants to take a vacation and escape the dreary Katenbüll for a while. He wants to go to Austria, to the mountains. What could possibly go wrong? Answer: everything. Because crime is following him ...

At the same time, colleague Jennifer suddenly has a murder case of her own to deal with in Katenbüll. And she won't tell Sörensen about it. But Sörensen soon finds himself caught up in a web of major and minor lies that are not only blocking his view. Or is it ultimately this trail of lies that leads Jenni and him to the truth?

The author and freelance word director Sven Stricker is not coming alone, but together with Bjarne Mädel, the well-known and popular actor, director, author and radio play narrator who plays Inspector Sörensen in the film adaptations of Sven Stricker's books. The musician Jan-Peter Pflug, who composed the music for the Sörensen audio books, will accompany the evening on the keyboard.

Sven Stricker, born in 1970 in Tönning, is not only an author, but also a masterful director of words. With the character of detective Sörensen, he has created an unconventional investigator who works his way through the abysses of the human psyche with biting humor and a keen sense of observation. His novels combine psychological depth with dry wit and make him an outstanding narrator in the German crime fiction landscape.

Bjarne Mädel, born in 1968, is known as an actor, director and author. Whether as the oddball "Tatortreiniger" or the eager Ernie in "Stromberg" - his roles are cult. In the film adaptation of "Sörensen hat Angst", he not only plays the leading role, but also directs.

An evening full of dark secrets, laconic humor and rousing music - a literary experience that will delight crime fans and culture lovers alike.
