The Blackbyrds are coming live to the Wagenhallen on May 31! Enjoy the music of the Sixtees in a great open air atmosphere!

The Blackbyrds are the southern German sensation for beat and sixties covers. The formation draws its rousing extravagance from a multicultural mix of German and Chilean musicians and has dedicated itself entirely to the English Sixties movement. They have pulled the records of this perhaps best music era out of the cellar and turned them into a religion. They celebrate the sixties in their raw, unpolished and therefore most direct way, just like in the smoky clubs of the Reeperbahn in the sixties. No light show, no subwoofer spectacle, no technical bells and whistles. Instead, pure, raw garage rock that is fun and celebrates classics as a powerful live experience: With songs by The Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Creation, The Animals, The Monkees, The Who and many other artists. With these authentic sounds and looks, the band delivers a convincing stage show that would surely have won over the Carnabition Army. For the COME TOGETHER audience, the Blackbyrds will put together and present a very special selection of their favorite Beatles titles.
