Blockparty Deluxe (Samy Deluxe live)

Samy Deluxe has been on stage longer than most rappers in their lives. This summer, Baus celebrates his 30th anniversary. 3 decades as a formative figure in local rap culture, who not only made German socially acceptable again as a language, but also established authentic rap in the mainstream.

Reason enough for retirement and rosé in St Tropez, but Samy's motivation is not milestones, but culture. That's why he celebrates exactly how it all began: In a cypher - only deluxe. Who if not Samy can bring together such a diverse spectrum of creatives to create culture?

In two block parties (Hamburg, Heidelberg) and in very unusual locations - he brings along the artists who have accompanied him and continue to inspire him. During the day there is street art/graffiti, BBQ soul food (no starving artists on the Baus' watch) in the special locations and in the evening he takes the mic with some of the best lyricists Germany has to offer.
