Blossoms in Germany for four concerts in February 2026

Britpop with funky, 80s-inspired synths and lyrics that reliably put a smile on your face: Wherever British rock band Blossoms appear, a good mood is never far away. Founded in 2013 in their hometown of Stockport, the quintet climbed to the top of the British charts with their debut album "Blossoms", released just three years later. Their recipe for success is their characteristic mix of Britpop and synth-driven indie rock, which sometimes draws on groovy funk and sometimes indulges in cheerful pop melodies. Nevertheless, 2000s vintage guitars and psych rock elements are a constant feature of the Blossoms' sound. Over the past twelve years, the Brits have released a colorful mixture of studio albums, live records, tapes and deluxe versions in this style, and most recently added a new work to this collection in September 2024 with "Gary". The artwork, on which band members Tom Ogden, Charlie Salt, Myles Kellock, Joe Donovan and Josh Dewhurst form the title "Gary" in a sporty contortion, already hints at the humorous note with which the album comes across. And this is also reflected in the content of the group's fifth album, a deluxe version of which will be released on May 9. "Gary" spreads a good mood and forms an unparalleled summer soundtrack with playful melodies and danceable tracks. This can also be heard live at the beginning of next year when Blossoms goes on tour in Germany. Four stops are planned here in February 2026.
