In the state of Florida, all eyes are on a new exceptional talent:

BLP Kosher. In addition to his casually performed flows and uncompromising trap beats, this is probably mainly due to the underground rapper's curious appearance. Kosher wears two conspicuously protruding dreads, typical of Florida, but at the same time a tribute to a deceased companion and his own Jewish background. BLP Kosher celebrates his religion not only in his stage name, but also as an integral part of his music. The hit "Mazel Tron", which helped him break through and which BLP Kosher released together with BabyTron in 2023, is exemplary of the humorous touch with which the rapper makes his faith the subject of his own art. In this vein, there are four albums and some top-class features with rap greats such as Kodak Black and Benny The Butcher . The US-American will also be making two stops in Germany in September on The Striped Pajamas Tour, namely in Cologne and Berlin.

Benjamin Landy Pavlon, BLP Kosher 's real name, actually wanted to dedicate his life to skating. But at a personal crossroads, rapper friends encouraged him to try his hand at art himself. Kosher found his new passion. Right from the start, the rapper from Florida built a bridge between hip-hop and Judaism, which he incorporated into his art in a completely natural way. His southern trap with a Detroit tinge runs through his four albums to date, and he recently expanded his discography with the release of "Brackish". The Striped Pajamas will soon be taking their new sound on tour.
