The jazz series at the Kulturscheune Höchberg. Every two months, double bassist Felix Wiegand presents special projects and programs with specially selected guest musicians from the national and local music scene.

"Inside Colors"

Peter Fulda and Felix Wiegand are synaesthetes, i.e. they internally see colors to tones and sounds. From these "inner colors" they have composed and put together a program for this evening, which is enhanced by the legendary Bill Elgart on drums. Peter Fulda is the founder and director of the Metropolmusik association in Nuremberg and a multi-award-winning composer and pianist. Prof. Bill Elgart taught jazz drums at the Würzburg University of Music for over 30 years and has worked with Paul Bley, Carla Bley, Gary Peacock, Kenny Wheeler, Dave Holland, Charlie Mariano, Lee Konitz, David Friedmanun and John Taylor, among others.
