You control and limit your movements. You compare yourself, don't want to embarrass yourself and aspire to dance "beautifully" or at least "aesthetically". You are in your head, not in your body.
That's perfectly fine, but...

I am Iris and I work as a freelance systemic consultant with a holistic, body-oriented approach. I am a passionate dancer and work intuitively and creatively sensitive.
