About controlling, letting go and creating together in the theater

Working collectively. Sharing responsibility. Giving up power. Sounds good - but how does this actually work in practice? And how can theater become a place where everyone has a say in what is shown, how it is rehearsed and who speaks? This panel discussion brings together different voices from participatory, collective, inclusive and self-organized theater and art projects. Together, they will talk about the opportunities and challenges of collective processes, discrimination-sensitive structures and how new forms of decision-making can emerge - beyond hierarchies and traditional power relations. Because "out of control" is not a problem. It is the goal.
