BOLDEN. is a UK-based jazz house duo blending the soul of jazz with the rhythm of electronic music. Formed by multi-instrumentalists Reuben Barrett and Catherine Rannus in 2024, the project fuses Reuben's raw, self-taught rhythm with Catherine's classically trained melodic sensibility. Named in tribute to jazz pioneer Buddy Bolden, the duo aims to evolve the jazz tradition rather than replicate it.
