To mark the 20th anniversary of the Zollverein Park, the BOULEVARD of DREAMS invites you to an interactive festival full of art, sustainability and community with workshops, installations and performances until 13.07.2025.

In summer 2025, the BOULEVARD of DREAMS will transform Zollverein Park into a lively and vibrant laboratory of ideas: with art that touches. Music that moves. Workshops that inspire. And people who come together to share their dreams.

Whether at interactive installations, dance workshops, performances, concerts or a participatory art installation: fantasy, creativity and sustainability can be experienced here - for people aged 3 to 99. On Sundays, the Hurra! Family Sundays take place on Sundays, inspiring and magically enchanting children and parents alike. Discover, dream, create - together with others and surrounded by nature. A project for all generations, barrier-free and open - with heart, mind and lots of creative energy. The BOULEVARD awaits you!

Thursday, July 10: Words in motion
To kick things off on Thursday, creative hands-on stations for design and music will open again from 4 pm. At 7 pm, artist Bogomir Doringer invites you to the English-language workshop "Writing the Dance". Participants will artistically answer the questions 'What makes us dance?' and 'How can bodies be described in movement? Participants will develop their own personal "Movement Map" - a poetic memento of their own expression.

Friday, July 11: Festive table at the end
From 12 noon, it's 'Sustainability by Design'. The Folkwang University of the Arts team will be demonstrating in a playful and practical way how everyday objects can be given a second life - for example, when disposable vapes are transformed into flashlights. In addition, a textile exhibition invites visitors to rethink: repaired clothing can not only be sustainable, but also stylish.

As the festival comes to a festive close, a large farewell table with lounge music invites you to review the festival and exchange ideas as part of the MitBringPicknick from 5 pm. Friday evening will be accompanied by KARMAKIND with dreamy indie dance music from 7 pm, followed by a driving DJ set by Aaron.St from 8:30 pm, who will provide a rhythmic finale with techno and trance.

Saturday, July 12: Electronic sound stories
On Saturday, DJ duo Timboletti & Goo4You promise a five-hour musical adventure between deep house, indie dance and electronic pop from 5 pm. While Timboletti enchants with narrative sets between dream and madness, Ursula and Andrea alias Goo4You bring danceable variety and honest vibes to the floor - without frills, but with all the more feeling for celebrating together.

Sunday, July 13: HURRA! Family Sunday & family flea market
On the final day of the festival, Zollverein Park belongs entirely to families. From 12 noon, the HURRA! Family Sunday: unroll picnic blankets, rummage, dawdle, swap - at the big family flea market, without any stall fees or set-up. A creative wood workshop with Stefan Platte will take place at the same time: Children (and their parents) can design their own board games from wood scraps and playfully explore the world of woodworking.

The festival ends as it began - open, creative, collaborative.
