Punch & Paint: Let the shreds fly!
Do you need a creative break that lets off steam and is great fun? Then grab your sports gear and come to "Punch & Paint"! No more delicate brushstrokes and soft tones - action is the name of the game here!
The canvas fabric is stretched around a sturdy punching bag. Now dip your boxing gloves in bright colors and off you go! Box wildly, land punches and watch as unique patterns and dynamic works of art are created under your fists.
Forget all the rules and let your energy run wild! This workshop is all about breaking down inhibitions, being creative and having a lot of laughs in the process. Whether you want to let off some frustration or just try out an unconventional way of painting, "Punch & Paint" is your ticket to an unforgettable experience.
For the ultimate incentive: just bring along a photo of your boss or ex to be softened up :D

Material: Protective suit, treasure gloves, shoe covers and boxing gloves are available on site and are included in the price.
If required, a white T-shirt can be purchased on site for a splashy experience.
