Breathwork & Techno is a unique event format that combines the transformative power of conscious breathing with the energy of techno music. In a world that is getting faster and faster, we offer you the opportunity to pause, connect with yourself and express this connection in an ecstatic dance.

Part 1: Breathwork (60 minutes)
The event begins with a guided breathwork session. Through special breathing techniques and guided exercises, you will dive deep into your inner world, letting go of stress and creating space for clarity and energy. The music in the background will be gentle and supportive to intensify the breathing exercises.

Part 2: Techno dancing (120 minutes)
Immediately afterwards, our DJ will take you on a journey through pulsating rhythms and hypnotic beats with consciously curated techno. The sound is tuned so that you can not only let go, but also release your energy and dance in a safe space.

Vision:
Our goal is to guide people to their core through the combination of breathwork and techno. The combination of breath and music creates a unique experience that unites awareness and movement.

Target group:
Anyone interested in mindfulness, personal growth, movement and music. No previous experience is required.
