Communication moves, it is a powerful tool. In this seminar, we analyze the power of words and learn how we can use them consciously to bring about change.
We often think we have expressed ourselves clearly and yet communication offers plenty of room for interpretation, which can lead to misunderstandings or even conflicts. Learn to avoid these: Become aware of your subliminal messages, use them consciously to make your communication clearer and more precise. The communication models and conversation techniques presented in this seminar are the basis for successful communication, with which you can successfully build relationships or get them moving.

You will learn: various theoretical communication models; how to analyze your own communication style and become mindful of your impact in conversations; why "active listening" makes the difference; the basics of feedback; the importance of inner attitude and mindset for successful communication.

Linda Bittner studied business administration with a focus on human resources at the University of Lüneburg. She is a systemic consultant and process facilitator (SG) and is training in transactional analysis. For over 20 years, she has worked in organizations in the field of personnel and management development as a specialist and manager. She has also been working as a freelance lecturer, consultant and coach since 2011.
