The Lenbachhaus library is organizing a large book flea market in the garden for the Kunstareal festival. All kinds of art publications are available there at reasonable prices - exhibition catalogs, artists' books, theory, magazines and accompanying literature.
The library has been in operation since the Lenbachhaus opened in 1929. It is used for in-house research and is also open to the public. In particular, it collects publications on artists in the collection, e.g. on Der Blaue Reiter, as well as on the topics covered in exhibitions and events.
You can now purchase the duplicates that accumulate in daily operations at our flea market.
