Building Bridges - Allianzen und Dialoge nach dem 7. Oktober: Talks mit Vertreter*innen der Initiativen „Standing Together“ und „Sei ein Mensch!“

In the organizer's words:

Since October 7, a just peace in Israel and Palestine seems further away than ever. The increasing violence not only affects the civilian population, but also makes the work of those who are committed to dialog and understanding more difficult.

At the event "Building Bridges - Alliances and Dialogues after October 7", you will have the opportunity to get to know two of these initiatives. In the first discussion, we will talk to the initiators of the "Be a human being!" project, in which Jews and Muslims meet every Wednesday for a demonstration in Frankfurt am Main to show solidarity with the people affected by the war in the Middle East. The second discussion will focus on the grassroots movement "Standing Together", which brings together Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel. Even in this difficult time of crisis, they are pursuing a common vision: an end to the occupation, peace and social justice.
