Biodiversity loss is the biggest challenge we will have to face in the coming decades. But what exactly is biodiversity? Why are more and more species threatened with extinction? What can we do to protect biodiversity? And what contribution do zoos make? These questions will be answered on the colorful Day of Diversity. Not in a boring way, but with lots of fun and games: through "cinema time" in the zoo school, information stands and exclusive guided tours that provide unique insights into the zoo's species conservation work behind the scenes. Young zoo fans can try their hand at upcycling and find out what Jenga, a game of skill, has to do with life on our planet.
