With a new album in their luggage, the band are now preparing to embark on their next tour of Germany.

Buntspecht are a captivating live band - once you've seen them, you'll never forget it. Almost every one of their songs opens up a new universe, points in a different direction, but together they form an almost magical unity, a homogeneous work. Buntspecht succeed in creating a coherent whole from the multitude of their influences and thus a magically indulgent indie chamber pop sound. Nobody sounds like Buntspecht right now.
