What to do with a rage that won't go away? That burns under my skin, passed down through generations - and seeks a voice in me? Is my anger the echo of my mother? Your mother? An inherited fire dragon that feeds on all those moments when I am overlooked, interrupted, rejected?

Anger is one of the strongest feelings we know, and yet female* read people learn to swallow it, to shame it, to unlearn it. Because an angry woman* is considered uncontrollable - and is therefore a threat to an order that is based on control.

In the writing workshop, we face our anger with curiosity, honesty and empathy. Through writing impulses, physical exercises and collective exchange, we create a protected space in which our anger is not destroyed, but transformed - into words, into resistance, into clarity.
