Caligula

In the organizer's words:

A loved one dies and the whole world falls apart at the seams. The death of his sister Drusilla throws the young Emperor Caligula off balance. What follows is an attempt to make the impossible possible and impose a new logic on the world based on his own truth. He promises to eradicate lying, abolish privileges and conventions, and pushes his longing for unbridled freedom further and further. At some point, he no longer wants to bow to any law at all, neither that of reality nor the demand for charity. He drags the entire population into a maelstrom of arbitrariness and fake news, fear and terror.

"Caligula" is the tragedy of an excessive will to power: the portrait of a politician no longer tamed by ethics, laws or morals, a philosophical confrontation with the absurd.
