The music of Catastrophe Waitress comes to the stage spherical, delicate, intoxicating and in a broad play of colors. With their distinctive two-part vocals and special accents - such as violin, glockenspiel and metallophone - the quintet from Freiburg leaves a lasting impression.

The female harmony vocals carry listeners through different worlds of sound, sometimes touchingly tender, sometimes big and powerful. It is well worth experiencing the charm and sophistication of the quintet live.

Catastrophe Waitress (s/t) released their debut album in 2017, followed by their EP "Silent Talk" (2022), with five surprising compositions that range from orchestral to jazzy. With the EP, the musicians undergo a transformation - away from their folky and playful beginnings and towards new styles - and continue to give space to new, surprising facets.
