Charcuterie Night - Süd&Salzig Apéro

Hello Cologne, hello Südstadt,

every Friday and Saturday from 6 to 10 pm we invite you to our Charcuterie Nights!

Our colorful charcuterie boards - available in classic, vegetarian or vegan versions - are perfect for a sociable evening with your loved one or for a romantic date night. The boards are designed for two people, ideal for sharing and enjoying. Are you traveling in a larger group? Simply combine several boards together.

We serve a selection of different types of bread from the Wiens bakery with each board.

Board 1: You Are the Cute in Charcuterie
Salami roses, Serrano ham with melon balls, rosemary prosciutto, vegan lemon and herb butter, cream cheese balls coated in sesame, dried cranberries, rosemary cashews, herb olives, fresh vegetables and fruit, crackers and a selection of bread from the Wiens bakery.

Board 2: Hello, Is It Brie You're Looking For? (vegetarian)
Crème brûlée Brie, Manchego, blossom cheese, cream cheese balls coated in roasted onions, vegan tomato butter, dried apricots and figs, pickled onions, grapes, herb olives, rosemary cashews, walnuts, fresh vegetables and fruit, crackers and bread selection from the Wiens bakery.

Board 3: Have a Plantastic Evening! (vegan)
Avocado can, vegan salami, vegan mortadella, veta crumble with pomegranate, marinated carrot strips, pink hummus, vegan date curry spread, vegan paprika peanut spread, roasted chickpeas, vegetable chips, pickled onions, fresh vegetables and fruit, crackers and bread selection from the Wiens bakery.

Enjoy a bottle of wine, a Spritz, Negroni or our homemade lemonades!
