Cheaper than therapy run club

In the organizer's words:

CHEAPER THAN THERAPY RUN CLUB

Do you fancy running without the pressure to perform, cool people and simply good vibes? Then you've come to the right place!

We meet every Tuesday at 19:00 under the Theodor-Heuss-Brücke (Neuenheimer Seite, Uferstraße 2 approx.) and run 5-8 km together at a relaxed pace where everyone can join in. It doesn't matter if you've never run a kilometer before or if you've already finished dozens of marathons: For us, it's the fun that counts, not the pace.

And because we believe that life is more than just running, we also have regular social events! Highlight: Every first Tuesday of the month, we go to Zino's Spritz Bar together after the run; drinks, good conversation and community vibes guaranteed.

The whole thing is completely free. Just turn up, run along, connect, it's easy.
