In the organizer's words:

Our kitchen party with a variety of Chinese flavors.
The perfect mix for all those for whom a cooking course contains too little wine and a wine tasting too much cooking.
All our courses include drinks - aperitif, water, soft drinks, beer, wines - the menu, the host and a loaner apron.

Chinese cuisine is one of the most varied and exciting cuisines in the world. Divided into eight major regional cuisines, in contrast to Western cuisine, it is characterized more by the different cooking methods than by singular recipes.

Cook with us the basic methods and techniques in a menu as you might be served at home in China. We will also try out which wine goes best with the Chinese dishes alongside beer and tea. We can already promise: It will be exciting!

The course is based on the original and is not vegetarian.
