On Friday, 13.06.2025 Chris Aron & The Croakers (from Munich) present their new album live at ROODY!

Chris Aron & The Croakers
Their first recordings were made in 2005 at "SUN Records" (Memphis Recording Services) in Memphis, Tennessee. This was followed by performances and tours with: "Wanda Jackson" (USA), "Bill Haley Comets" (USA), "Linda Gail Lewis" (sister of Jerry Lee Lewis) (USA); "The King" (James Brown) (IR) and others. For their 2017 CD and vinyl single, the band also recorded with "Mike Sanchez" (UK). The band can't stand still and is always enthusiastic about new projects. For example, "The Elvis Presley Show" with headliner "Arron Walker" (UK), which is a regular guest at the Deutsches Theater Munich, is sold out every time and has also presented star guests such as "Peter Kraus" - or the show "Legends of RnR" with "Sam Budja" (singer of the band The Baseballs). Songs like "Red Light" and "If I Could" have already become classics of the band - "Not The Only Girl" and "Oh Yeah Baby" are current hits and show that the band has fun incorporating different styles of music such as rockabilly, country, pop and black rhythm & blues into their songs without losing authenticity or ever appearing too commercial. 11 new songs have just been recorded in the studio of Johnny Trouble (Runnig Gun Recordings) for a new vinyl LP, vinyl single and CD! There are again many original songs on it. Like the title song "Wherever You Go", for example, which gives you the feeling that Chris Aron & The Croakers are now adding some soul to their songs. Oh Yeah Baby" is also on the album! For years the audience has known this song from the live performances, and the band has been asked again and again if there is a recording of this song - now it finally exists! From now on the new album "Wherever You Go" can be purchased at the live gigs and via the website! As vinyl LP or CD. There is also a single with 2 songs (Jiver).
