With his laid-back sound between modern pop and singer-songwriter ballads, US-German musician Chris James makes you feel like you've found a new friend in him when you listen to his music. Songs such as "The Race", "12 Hours", "The Reminder" and "With or Without You" inspire his fans with invigorating instrumentals, comprehensible lyrics and a warmth that his music possesses. In 2020, his song "Not Angry" went viral on the Chinese TikTok app Douyin and made him a star in China. As a result, Chris James was nominated for the New Music Award in 2021, has released five albums and several singles to date and is also a successful producer and songwriter in addition to his own music. Both the BTS number 1 hit "Life Goes On" and the German number 1 song "Komet" by Udo Lindenberg and Apache 207 were partly written by him. In January 2025, the musician released his fifth album "Superbloom", which he will present live for the first time in Europe on a tour in the fall in addition to an extensive tour through Asia. In October, Chris James will be coming to Munich, Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne.
