Nuclear weapons could destroy us all, right now - so why aren't we talking about it?
Sometimes the danger becomes visible - for example when Russia invades Ukraine - but that doesn't make the weapons any more dangerous. They are always dangerous. And one day, whether deliberately or accidentally, they will be used again.
From the team behind the award-winning performances Status and Confirmation comes a show about a new nuclear weapons treaty - one that gives states and people without nuclear weapons the power to eliminate them.
It's a show and a conversation. We talk about where we are, where we live and why it's important that people like us talk about it at all.
"Talking about the fire" was created by seven-time First Fringe winners Chris Thorpe and Claire O'Reilly (Abbey Theatre) and brought to the stage with Tony Award-winning director Rachel Chavkin.
