In October 2023, Christina Lux & Oliver George released their latest album Live deLUXe, which was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award. Christina Lux & Oliver George played together in a rock band back in 1983. This great familiarity resonates in all the songs, which sometimes open up quietly and intimately, but also explode with an energy that you wouldn't expect from a duo, writes Stereo magazine.

Christina Lux has been on stage for 40 years now and has been one of the most wonderful insider tips on the local singer-songwriter scene for 26 years. She is a great guitarist who makes her songs shine with a great groove and open chords and she has this special voice that fills rooms and with which she sometimes tells her stories very delicately and then again wonderfully powerfully. For the last 10 years, Oliver George has been refining the songs on guitar, vocals and drums with a fine feel for sounds and arrangements. The two of them sound like a big band, only to play a deeply moving, quiet song the next moment with just two guitars and their voices. Their concerts are real rays of hope in turbulent times.
