CityLeaks Street Art Tour - Kalk Tour

On the CityLeaks tours, we explore with you the whole variety of urban art, graffiti and creative interventions on the streets of Cologne. Our tours let you see familiar neighborhoods with completely different eyes! The proceeds from the tours will go towards the realization of the upcoming CityLeaks Urban Art Festival. By taking part, you are supporting the festival and art in the city in the long term.

This new tour through Kalk will take you to some outstanding but rarely shown urban artworks on the Schäl Sick. In addition to fascinating murals by Innerfields, Onkel Dose and Goodlack Art, among others, the painted residential quarters on Baufeld 12 are also on the program.

Where does an entire street become a canvas? Where do various sea creatures swim across the façades and where and why did Caspar David Friedrich's Wanderer end up in Cologne?
