"With their unique blending, they put the rare instrumentation of piano and guitar on the map of music." (Martin Miller)
Clemens Christian Poetzsch and Reentko Dirks give the rare instrumentation of piano and guitar a modern interpretation and present it in a unique way that builds bridges between classical music and jazz and goes beyond.
Clemens Christian Poetzsch works with artists from both classical and contemporary popular music. The multiple prizewinner has released five solo albums, followed by sold-out solo concerts in Japan, Great Britain and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
Reentko Dirks has been active for 20 years both as a soloist and in various international ensembles (European Guitar Quartet; Masaa), has composed music for the Semperoper Dresden and Cirque du Soleil and has performed in venues such as Tchaikovsky Hall in Moscow and Carnegie Hall in New York.
They have been working together for many years and have written music for films and theater. Now they are releasing their first joint album (Collatoral Flow, Neue Meister), on which their background in film music can be felt. In their concerts, they lead us into a still untouched world of sound that seems like a soundtrack.
